MRIS, the supplier of most of the MLS homes shown on Frankly.com requires that I link to this page and show this information:
a. Registrant acknowledges that they are entering into a consumer –Broker relationship
b. Information obtained from the VOW is intended for the Registrant’s personal, non –commercial use
c. The Registrant has a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate of the type being offered through the VOW;
d. The Registrant will not copy, redistribute, or retransmit any of the data or information provided;
e. The Registrant acknowledges the MLS’s ownership of, and the validity of the MLS’s copyright in the MLS database.
A VOW is a "Virtual Office Website" and it shows MORE data then 99% of the sites out there that are "IDX" websites. And thus there
are stricter rules.
Note that a. is "consumer- Broker" relationship. This is the opposite of a Client-Broker relationship.
